How do I join the MERIT Loyalty Program?
Create an account and start spending.
How do I earn points?
Share your birthday or spend at least $1. $1 USD = 1 point.
Will my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 months after the date you earned it.
Will my Level expire?
Yes, if you don’t earn the points required to maintain your level within 12 months of entering it, your level will be adjusted. Once you have attained Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3, your status is valid for the next 12 months. If you have not earned the required points to maintain your level at the end of the period, your status will be adjusted to the level below.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
No, you will start earning points on the day you sign up for the MERIT Loyalty Program.
Can I transfer points from different accounts?
No, unfortunately points are not transferable.
When do I receive my anniversary gift?
Once you have attained Level 2 or Level 3, you will receive your first anniversary gift one year after you created your account. You will receive your gift annually if you maintain Level 2 or Level 3.
When do I receive my birthday gift?
You will receive your birthday gift on your birthday, unless it falls within 30 days after you shared it. In this case, you will receive your gift 30 days after you provided your birthday.
Can I use multiple discount codes with my order?
You can use discount codes when you redeem Loyalty Gifts with points.
Why can’t I add a Loyalty Gift to my cart?
Your Loyalty Gift can only be redeemed with a purchase of at least one item.

I live outside the US and Canada, can I join the MERIT Loyalty Program?
The MERIT Loyalty program is only available in the US and Canada for now. You can sign up for emails to get updates on its international expansion. If you’re an existing MERIT customer outside of the US and Canada then move to US and Canada, please reach out to hi@meritbeauty.com.
I canceled my order — what happens to my points?
Points earned on canceled orders and/or fully or partially refunded orders will be automatically removed from your account once the cancellation and/or refund is processed. If you are canceling an order where you redeemed points for a free product, then the points redeemed will be added back to your account once the cancellation is processed.
Can I return my Loyalty Gifts?
Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged for any other MERIT product.
